The shipped <filename>libtool.m4</filename> file has a configuration inconsistent with LFS <filename class='directory'>/usr</filename> hierarchy. This issue would cause <filename class='libraryfile'>libpam_misc.so</filename> linked with an rpath flag which may sometimes cause troubles or even security issues. Regenerate the building system to fix the inconsistency:
